PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of IC owing to the collision of data at the time of a scan operation without affecting an operation frequency. CONSTITUTION:Data inputted to an input signal D at regular operation time is outputted from the output signal O of scan latches SLHA1-SLHA3 constituting a scan path to tri-state buffers TBF1-TBF3. A signal inputted to an input signal SI is outputted from the output signal SO of the scan latches SLHA1-SLHA3 as scan chains SC1 and SC2 to a next stage and the scan output signal SO. The signal inputted to the input signal SI is prevented from being outputted to the output signal O by a scan selection signal SSEL inputted to a selection signal SE. |
