The system uses an inertia mass (20) displaced by the acceleration, cooperating with a stationary part (13) to provide electrostatic capacitance zones at 2 or more points between them. The capacitance variation of the capacitance zones is detected via a frequency method and used to determine the movement of the inertia mass and hence the acceleration.Pref. an arithmetic unit is used to calculate the inertia mass movement and the acceleration in 2 dimensions, using the measured capacitance variations. |
