PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation dose in an adequate dynamic range without using a photo-timer. CONSTITUTION:A detecting circuit 40 detects the output values from solid-state photodetector elements P (i, j) provided over the entire surface of a detector 31 among many solid-state photodetector elements P constituting the solid-state photodetector 31 of a radiation detector 30 in a short period. adders 42 which adds the detected values, a memory 43 and an operating means 44, which outputs the signals on the basis of the operation for the sum values and the results, are provided. The output values obtained by a plurality of irradiations with radiation are read in a short period and sequentially added from the solid- state photodetector elements P (i, j). Operated values, which are sum values operated as specified, are monitored in approximately real time.
