The circuit for applying to the prefabricated building or apartment easily includes a switch unit (200) with a switching circuit (60) generating pulses for on/off and control of the power, power supplies (10,20) supplying the converted DC power to the switch and control units, a signal generator (30) generating pulses with outputs of the switch, a control unit (300) controlling the power of a lamp (100) with output of the signal generator, and a signal line (400) connecting between the switch and control units. The signal generator is coupled to a switching circuit through a photo-coupler (IC2).
