PURPOSE:To provide a brushless motor, in which the assembly time can be shortened, which can be difficult to be manufactured as defectives and in which material cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION:Band-shaped sheet electromagnetic steel plates, from which slots, in which windings 2 are housed, are punched, are wound spirally and laminated, and a rotor core 4 and an output shaft 5 are molded integrally through a method such as casting, forging, sintering, etc., by a magnetic material in a stator core 1, thus improving the yield of the material of the stator core, then allowing the usage of a material at low cost as the rotor core. The output shaft need not be inserted and fitted to the rotor core, thus reducing mandays. |
