The device comprises a vertical structure of a hight, a supporting plate (3), a gearing rack (4) for being connected on the supporting plate (3) to move left, right, up, or down, a camera (5) and a video camera (6) for being located on the supporting plate (3), a sub motor (7) for driving a shutter of the camera (5) and operation of the gearing rack (4), a radio transmission controller (8) for transmitting a shutter signal of the camera and operating signals of the video camera and the gearing rack, a transmitter (12) for transmitting image signals and voice signals through an antenna, a receiver (15) for receiving the transmitted signal to detect and do pulse- shaping and comparing two pulses to output to the sub motor (7), and a monitor (13).
