摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent that a cooking soup flows in between an insertion hole and a temperature detecting device, and is solidified so as to hinder the vertical movement of the temperature detecting device, by providing a cooking soup receiver between the insertion hole of a top plate and the temperature detecting device. CONSTITUTION:Between a insertion hole 5 formed to a top plate 4, and a temperature detecting device 8, a cooking soup receiver 10 with the form recessed from the upper surface of the top plate 4 is provided, and when the cooking soup flows in to a lower main body 2 across the cooking soup receiver 10, it is exhausted from an opening 11 provided to the lower main body 2. And a tubular rib 12 to prevent the hitting of the cooling air from a cooling fan to the device 8 is also provided. As a result, the cooking soup flowing out from a food to cook in a heating cooking condition stays in the recess 10a of the cooking soup receiver 10, its flowing-in between the device 8 and the hole 5 is prevented, and the condition that the cooking soup is solidified and hinders the vertical movement of the device 8 can be prevented. And since the accurate temperature of the food to cook can be detected, an accurate temperature control can be carried out.
