Equipment for positioning of a dental implant (1) which is inserted axially and can integrate with the bone, the implant being of the type consisting of a threaded cylindrical body (2) with an apical end (3) and a base end (4) forming a tapped nut (6); the nut (6) receiving an assembly ring which is fixed on the dental implant (1) by way of a fastening screw. The fastening screw is formed by a nut-like head and by a body comprising two diameters of different sizes, the greater diameter being situated nearest the head. The body of the screw has a threading at the level of each diameter of different size, the threading present on the greater diameter of the body of the screw cooperating with an internal thread present at the level of the assembly ring, and the threading present on the smaller diameter of the body of the screw cooperating with the internal thread present at the level of the nut (6) at the base end (4) of the dental implant (1).
