MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LCD ELEMENTS

The method forms multilayored cavities in order to easily fill up liquid crystal in a short time and minimizing inner stresses of the LCD (liquid crystal display) elelment. The method comprises the steps of : forming a 1st electrode on a base board; repeatedly layoring insulation layors and intermediate layors with volatile materials; eliminating the intermidiate layors by heating them at a predefined temp. The method shortens the manufacturing time, and improves the LCD quality.
