Machine which comprises a frame with three anchorage points for connection to the fastening points of the tractor. This frame has, mounted at the top, a horizontal shaft which projects in cantilever fashion via the side opposite that occupied by the anchoring points, in the form of a portion on which are mounted two wheels or rings which delimit, together with said shaft, a spool or reel. At the opposite end, this shaft is connected to a hydraulic motor powered from the tractor's pump. The endmost wheel or ring can be detached while the other ring has a perforated surface. Articulated to the frame are two lateral arms carrying an identical number of half- barriers which form a cage around the reel or spool. <IMAGE>
