In an articulated link for two sections (1, 2) of a vehicle comprising a ball joint (14, 17) inserted into two sockets to couple the two vehicle sections firmly, in which there is a Jacobs bogie (5) beneath the link supporting both vehicles sections, according to the invention a pin (9) is secured to one of the two sockets (3, 4) projecting downwards into the open space in the bogie (5) and connects the articulated link via longitudinal and transverse springs directly to the bogie frame without the intervention of a bogie bolster or the like, the two vehicle sections being also directly supported on the bogie frame via secondary springs (7, 8).
