Methods for achieving wide area painting with fluororesin paint on an industrial production scale by producing fluororesin paint composition in which fluororesin particles or fluororesin particles and pigment particles are dispersed by a dispersing medium comprising a surfactant, for producing a covered plate comprising the steps of applying the paint composition to a base plate by employing a screen painting method, and drying and sintering the base plate so painted or in addition heating further the base plate so dried and sintered so as to pressurize the resin surface, and for producing a processed body by applying stress to a covered plate so produced according to the above method so as to deform the covered plate into any shape.
