Corner-connecting fitting for connecting the cabinet-inner ends of the side walls (14) to the respectively associated rear wall (16) of drawers (10) in the form of a corner element (30) which extends substantially over the height of the drawer walls (14; 16), has means for connection to the drawer walls, is made of plastic or metal and can be fixed in the rear end region of the drawer side wall and the associated end region of the drawer rear wall. The corner element (30) is of hollow construction, at least in part, it being possible for a conneting peg (42) provided at the lower end of a railing support (40) to be inserted into the interior of the corner element (30) through its upper end, which is normally closed by a covering wall (36). In the upper end region of the railing support (40), the ends of railing bars (20; 22) can be fixed with parallel spacing from the side wall and rear wall (14; 16), respectively, the other ends of the railing bars respectively being able to be fixed to the front panel (18) of the drawer (10) and to a railing support (40) provided on a respective other rear-wall end region.
