摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring and to reduce the connection cost by receiving an optical signal received from a radiating face. CONSTITUTION:N-sets of parallel signals read from input output pins in common use for inputs and outputs of an LSI 101 are received by a light emitting circuit 102 to drive semiconductor LD filters 111, 112,..., 11N. A transmission wavelength lambda1 of an LDF is decided by current setting of a wavelength control circuit 104 and the LDF is driven by a circuit 102 to convert an electric signal from the LSI 101 into an optical signal whose wavelength is lambda1 and the converted signal is sent to optical guide paths 131, 132,..., 13N. The optical signal received by an optical transmitter- receiver is received by the LDFs 111,..., 11N. A current used to receive an optical signal whose wavelength is lambda1 is received from the circuit 104 and only the optical signal whose wavelength is lambda1 is amplified and passed. A current adjusting an amplification factor is supplied from the circuit 102 and the amplification factor is maximized by supplying a current not in excess of it around an oscillation threshold level of the LDF. After the input optical signal is amplified, the signal is converted into an electric signal at a light receiving element and received by a light receiving circuit 103. Thus, the transmission reception optical transmission line is used in common to simplify the wiring.
