<p>A shoe comprising an assembly (8) for fixing the shoe, a contact sole (9) and a damping means arranged between the contact sole and the fixing means, characterised in that the damping means comprises two support elements (11, 12) of parallelepipedal shape substantially identical, securely fixed respectively to the sole (9) and to the fixing assembly (8), and maintained by plates (10) made of elastically deformable material forming a brace and fixed on the conjugate ends of the said support elements.
