Stabilizing coupling device between a trailer and a work unit. A coupling unit (1) with a towing hook (2) can be manoeuvred by use of a hydraulic cylinder (3) which connects with a pressure counter (8) and a shock absorption is regulated by a counter pressure to the pressure counter (8) being set with help of a regulator valve (15).
