The invention concerns a suspension device for overhead power lines which comprises at least one pull-through device for a conductor 4 arranged in a framework 2 and at least one insulator 5 for mounting the conductor 4, where the pull-through device has been arranged to act as the final fixing point of the conductor 4. To achieve a simple and easy construction, the insulator 5 comprises a tubular component 6 provided with flanges parallel with the conductor 4 and acting as a pull-through device, the flanges being arranged transverse to the direction of the conductors 4 so that when the conductor is pulled through it can be pulled through the flat surfaces formed by the flanges and when the conductor is fixed it can be attached in a position going through the flat surfaces formed by the flanges. <IMAGE>
