PURPOSE:To obtain the subject cake having crispy skin and causing no tackiness even when heated by an electronic oven, by heating and baking a skin material having fluidity and obtained by mixing raw materials mainly composed of wheat flour as a main component with water and candy packed with rice cake in a baking device having upper and lower molds in a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 5 having fluidity and obtained by mixing raw materials mainly composed of wheat flour as a main component and candy packed with rice cake 1 are prepared. The skin material 5 is thinly poured into a lower mold 4 of a baking device 2 and the material 1 is put thereon, and further, the skin material 5 is bonded thereon and is covered with on upper mold 3. These materials are heated and baked and released from these molds to take out the objective cake. Thereby, the objective cakes free from mutual stickiness of skin even when a number of cakes are superposed are obtained. |
