<p>PURPOSE:To compactly keep a material to be treated for recycling before the production of a molded product by mixing and stirring ground products with a fine particle size based on soft urethane foam in a liquid to uniformly mix the same with other component and removing the liquid from the resulting mixture to solidify the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined amt. of ground products is sent out of a weighing machine to be supplied to a stirring cylinder 17 having a bottom plate 18 provided to the lower part thereof through a duct. At the same time, water or org. solvent-containing water is supplied to the stirring cylinder 17 from a nozzle to prepare a ground product mixed dispersion 19. Next, the stirring blades 21 of a stirrer 20 are inserted in the stirring cylinder 17 and, by stirring the dispersion 19 by the stirring blades 21 rotated in the predetermined number of rotations, the ground products of soft urethane foam in the dispersion and a fiber material with a fine particle size are uniformly mixed. The resulting mixture is allowed to stand for a predetermined time to separate the dispersion into two layers of water 22 and the ground product layer. Only the stirring cylinder 17 is raised to allow water to flow out to form a preformed product 23 being the ground product layer.</p> |
