<p>PURPOSE:To achieve recycling of a surface material after blank cutting and unnecessary molded products without using a laminating apparatus by a method wherein fiber is thoroughly packed even into a deep rib part in compression molding of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin in which a blank sheet manufactured by a laminating method is used. CONSTITUTION:A blank sheet crushed material and/or a molded product crushed material 3 of 5-25mm diameter is placed on a part or the whole of a blank 2, heated simultaneously, charged together with the blank into press metallic molds 9, 10, and subjected to a compression molding.</p> |
