PURPOSE:To prepare a tangle semi-product capable of simply giving a cooked tangle to anyone only by being recovered with hot water or water and enabling the same long period storage as those of conventional dried tangles without adding a preservative. CONSTITUTION:This finely cut tangle is produced by steaming tangle in a high temperature pressure cooker, cutting the steamed tangle in a width of 2mm at a rectangular angle to the direction of the fibers of the tangle, repeating the immersion of the cut tangle pieces in four tanks in which fresh water flows and the withdrawal of the cut tangle pieces from the tanks for the removal of salt, preliminarily seasoning the desalted tangle pieces while rotating the tangle pieces with a motor-driven mixer, and subsequently forcibly drying the seasoned tangle pieces with two drying machines having different performances. |
