PURPOSE:To hold a belt taking-up force, and prevent the generation of impact noise immediately after the release of a tongue without making an unnecessary oppressive sensation in the driver, by interposing an elastic member 54 between the outer peripheral surface of a tape taking-up member and a tape wound on the periphery. CONSTITUTION:A tape 51 is closely wound on the outer periphery of a connecting shaft 15 and a leaf spring 54, and tightened between the tape outer end holding part 53 on a clutch gear 41 side. When a tongue is pulled out from a buckle, the clutch gear 41 is pulled by an additional spring 34, and speedily revolves. Then, the tape 51 which is in a loosened state is speedily winding- tightened, and put into a tightened state finally, and also the taking-up urging force of the additional spring 34 is applied to a seat belt B. At the moment when the tape 51 is tightened, the leaf spring 54 absorbs the impact, and since the generation of the collision between the members is perfectly prevented, the generation of the mechanical impact noise is surely prevented. |
