PURPOSE:To provide a filtering device capable of decreasing the production capacity of a beer diluted with water at the time of switching a precoat process to a beer filtering process. CONSTITUTION:In a filtering device provided vertically with the filter element 4 in a can body 2, provided with a supply opening for unfiltered solution at the bottom of the can body 2 and using a filter aid, a projecting part 5 is provided at the lowest bottom of the can body 2, the supply opening 6a for unfiltered solution is provided in the projecting part 5 and further a liquid drawoff header 8 for discharging the unfiltered solution is provided at the upper part of unfiltered solution side of the can body 2. |
