FUEL INJECTION PUMP STRATIFIED INJECTION OF FUEL AND WATER

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of the maximum combustion pressure by advancing the initial injection timing of fuel as the injection volume of water increases and obtain a favorable engine performance without increase of the fuel consumption ratio. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection pump is provided with a slanting part 2a made at the top of plunger in order to change the initial injection timing of a fuel injection pump and a lead 2b regulating the injection finish of the pump at the sliding face below the slanting part.
