PURPOSE:To prepare the fish paste product consisting mainly of fish and having a novel taste enjoyed also by young men. CONSTITUTION:Fish is mixed with starch, salt, cane sugar, seasonins, etc., and subsequently kneaded to produce a fish ground product consisting mainly of the fish. The fish ground product is homogeneously mixed with corn grains as such in a total amount of 10-80% and subsequently heated. The food thus obtained has a quite new tooth touch, a corn flavor capable of being spread in mouths, and a new taste which is different from conventional fish paste products, can be spread in mouths and can be enjoyed also by modern young men. |
