PURPOSE:To provide such a bag filter for treatment of exhaust gas that the effect of collecting dust has been improved, pressure loss has been prevented, the economics has been improved, it is sufficiently applied to an exsisting facility, NOx can efficiently be removed from exhaust gas and the filter can be easily produced. CONSTITUTION:The filtering cloth 8 which constitutes a bag filter 7 for treatment of exhaust gas does not pass soot or dust by the effect of carbon fiber 9 but passes only gas. This cloth has the same density of woven state as a usual filtering cloth. By using carbon fiber 9, effects to dissociate, adsorb, and reduce NOx in exhaust gas can proceed so that the NOx in exhaust gas can be decreased. By injecting a denitrating agent for the NOx such as ammonia in exhaust gas in the upstream side of the bag filter 7, the effect of the carbon fiber 9 as the reducing catalyst can be more increased. |
