PURPOSE:To accelerate a responding speed of a printing density even at a low line drawing rate, to imediately stabilize the density and to reduce loss of sheet by providing a roller array alteration calculator for calculating based on information from a drawing line rate reader and a roller array altering unit for altering based on information from the calculator. CONSTITUTION:A line drawing rate of each corresponding area of each ink key 5 of a press plate is read by a drawing line rate reader 1, and sent to a roller array alteration calculator 2. The calculator 2 calculates a mean drawing line rate of an entirety from the rate of each corresponding area of each key 5 of the plate fed from the reader 1, and sends a results to a roller array altering unit 3. The unit 3 selects one roller array from a plurality of roller arrays predetermined according to the mean drawing line rate fed from the calculator 2, and alters it to an array in which a roller group is selected. Then, in the case of a design which cannot be processed by an automatic mode, when the unit 3 switches it to a manual mode, a roller array is altered by a pushbutton switch. This is a mode which is selected by an operator. |
