PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a composite molded body and a mold device thereof capable of positively winding the distal end of a skin material without causing a leakage of resin. CONSTITUTION:There is employed a mold device including an installation piece 3 provided in freely separable relation with respect to a movable side mold 2 and stationary side mold 1 between the stationary side mold 1 and the movable side mold 2, and having an opening 3a being smaller than the opening in recession 2a of the movable mold, and allowing the projection 1a of the stationary side mold to pierce therethrough, and a skin material setting frame 4 being arranged between the stationary side mold 1 and the installation piece 3 and capable of setting a skin material thereon.
