PURPOSE:To clearly form an irregular pattern when a sheet having an irregular pattern is manufactured on a seat part. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 12 corresponding to an irregular pattern is reformed on a laminated skin member and wadding by form welding, so as to cover a pressing die 41, and the projecting part 12 is fitted in a blade 410 of the pressing die 41, and both shoulder near parts of the projecting part 12 of the skin member is sucked to the pressing die 41, so as to maintain the projecting part 12 as a desired shape. While, adhesives are applied to a recessed groove 20 on a pad front surface, and the projecting part 12 is stuck in the recessed groove 20. It is desirable to suck the skin member also on the blade tip and to continue it until sucking and pressing are finished, in order to promote solidifying and hardening of adhesives. Moreover, the solidifying and hardening of adhesives can be promoted by injecting cool wind from the blade tip. |
