PURPOSE:To prevent a penpoint from becoming out of order due to reaction with ink and to prevent collapse such as crack, cutout of a high hardness thin film. CONSTITUTION:A high hardness thin film layer made of mixed ingredients of carbon, tungsten and tungsten carbide is provided at least on the tip of a penpoint made of stainless steel, etc., and a thin film layer of a silicate layer or a chromate layer inactive with the ink is laminated on the film layer. |
