CYSTATHIONINE BETA-SYNTHASE GENE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a new DNA fragment useful for enhancement of cystathionine beta-synthase activity of Acremonium chrysogenum. CONSTITUTION:A DNA fragment containing a cystathionine beta-synthase gene derived from Acremonium chrysogenum and coding a protein having the amino acid sequence a past of which is expressed by the formula and having 1778 bp length. This gene is obtained by isolating a cDNA coding a cystathionine beta-synthase from cDNA library of Acremonium chrysogenum and isolating a DNA fragment containing the cystathionine beta-synthase gene from Acremonium chrysogenum gene library.
