PURPOSE:To provide a dust collecting method in building and the equipment capable of improving dust collecting efficiency and reducing the consumption of electric power. CONSTITUTION:A fixed hood 11 is provide at the top part of the building 1, the dust concentration of the dust containing gas flowing in the fixed hood 11 is detected and when the dust concentration is equal or below the acceptable value, a ventilating window 12 provided in the hood 11 is opened to discharge the dust containing gas from the ventilating window 12 directly out of the building 1. Because the dust containing gas is discharged from the ventilating window of the fixed hood 11, which is exposed on the top part of the building 1, directly out of the building 1, natural draft is increased. And because the dust concentration in the dust containing gas flowing in the fixed hood 11 is detected, detecting accuracy is improved. Then, the retaining of the dust containing gas in the building 1 is effectively prevented and the consumption of electric power for the operation of a discharging fan is saved furthermore. |
