发明名称 DESULFURIZING AND DENITRIFYING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the area and cost required for the desulfurization/ denitrification equipment as a whole by desulfurizing an exhaust gas with a lime-gypsum process using a liquid phase continuous gas absorber and thereafter denitrifying the desulfurized exhaust gas with the selective catalytic reduction. CONSTITUTION:The reason for adopting this method, which comprises denitrifying an exhaust gas after desulfurizing it, is because a catalyst carrier having high denitrification performances such as an alumina based carrier can be used by denitrifying the exhaust gas after desulfurizing it and the granular catalyst packed denitrifier having high catalyst packing efficiency can be used by adopting a desulfurization process that uses the liquid phase continuous desulfurizer having a particularly large dust removing effect among the lime gypsum processes. However, a denitrifier employing the denitrification catalyst obtained by depositing an active metal on a magnesium silicate based catalyst carrier can not be used as the above denitrifier. As an effect of using this method, the reaction temp. for attaining a degree of denitrification equivalent to those attained by the conventional methods is not necessarily high. Further, the desulfurization performances are stabilized and excellent economicity can be obtained by using this method. The reason for adopting the selective catalytic reduction as the denitrification process is because any waste water or waste is not generated and only the nitrogen oxides can be selectively separated and removed with this reduction.
