摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize a two-dimensional movement mechanism by moving first and second transfer guides constituting a parallel link, by means of first and second drive means. CONSTITUTION:A first motor 46 and a second motor 50 are driven and controlled by a control portion that has a computer system mounted on it. When the rotary direction, rotary speed and rotary angle of the output shaft of the first motor 46 are controlled, the rotary directions, rotary speeds, are rotary angles of a first rotary shaft 14 and a second rotary shaft 18 are controlled. By these rotary directions, rotary speeds and rotary angles, the transfer direction, transfer speed and transfer distance of an X axis rod 34 become controllable. Meanwhile, when the rotary direction, rotary speed and rotary angle of the output shaft of the second motor 50 are controlled, the rotary direction, rotary speeds and rotary angles of a third rotary shaft 20 and a fourth rotary shaft 22 are controlled. By these rotary directions, rotary speeds and rotary angles, the transfer direction, transfer speed and transfer distance of a Y axis rod 40 are controlled.
