The light-blinding operation can be performed automatically by a single switch. Fill if translucent liquid is filled in a casing of two parallel glass panes to blind the window. The liquid height in the case can be increased ar decreased by pumping out in or the liquid. The two glass panes are fixed with a small gap between to accomodate translucent liquid. Surrounding sides of the glasses are sealed. The translucent liquid is filled or pumped out by key switch operations. The blinding height is checked by sensors (6,7). These controls are performed by a micro processor.
