PURPOSE:To form an aluminum coated film excellent in adhesion, small in porosity and high in corrosion resistance by completely melting and flame spraying a fine powdery aluminum. CONSTITUTION:The fine powdery aluminum A is flame sprayed on the surface of a material 4 to be treated by forming a high temp. combustion gas G by burning a fuel gas F with oxygen O, forming a high speed jet stream by accelerating the high temp. combustion gas G with a nozzle 12 and supplying the fine powdery aluminum A in the vicinity of a spraying opening of the jet stream in the nozzle to spray with the jet stream from the nozzle.
