PURPOSE: To install and recover cones for roads safely by providing a cone wheel formed of a pair of panels and holding cones in a tapered circular space formed between the panels. CONSTITUTION: A cone wheel 22 constituted of a pair of circular panels is arranged one side part of a load-carrying platform 6. In the case of installing cones on a road, the cone wheel 22 is first rotated, and the cones are gripped at a tapered circular space (i.e., a cone housing part) formed between the pair of panels. Then the cones are transferred in the direction of the ground along the circumference of the cone wheel 22. The cones are installed on a road surface as guided by a stripper 110, guides 101 and 102, and an enlarged space 99. By performing operations in the opposite order to the above, the cones located on a road surface are recovered and removed. |
