PURPOSE:To detect rapidly in a control center, for instance, the intensity and the measuring place of radiation detected by a radiation sensor carried by a person entering a radiation facility or a controlled area and to issue an alarm also in this control center when the intensity of the radiation exceeds a permissible value. CONSTITUTION:This equipment is made up of a portable detecting part 1 comprising a radiation sensor 15, a memory 16, an alarm circuit 18, a reception circuit 13 and a transmission circuit 11, a plurality of fixed controllers 2a, 2b... communicating with the detecting part 1 and gives a transmission as to a measuring place to the detecting part 1 while reading out the intensity of radiation and the measuring place thereof stored in the memory 16 of this detecting part 1, and a control part 3 which is informed of intensity of the radiation and the measuring place read out by these controllers 2a, 2b... and which issues an alarm when the intensity of the radiation exceeds a permissible value.
