PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably arrange wiring means for supplying electric power by providing a configuration having supporting means for supporting a bar-shaped vibrating body by coupling at least at one end portion of the bar-shaped vibrating body and wiring means for supplying a frequency voltage to an exciting body arranged along the supporting means. CONSTITUTION:Among four bar-shaped vibrating body 1, a surface A and a surface C face each other in a first surface group, and a surface B and a surface D face and form a second surface group. Also, a vibrating body 2 is formed by plate-shaped piezoelectric bodies having a plurality of electrodes 2a to 2n, supporting means 3 and 4 support the bar-shaped vibrating body 1 with slender bar-shapes extended in a longitudinal direction of the bar-shaped vibrating body 1; and the fixing portions 6A and 6B fix the bar-shaped vibrating body 1 through the supporting means 3 and 4. And respective wiring members 7 to 10 are fixed along the supporting means 4 between the bar-shaped vibrating body 1 and the fixed portion 6B, the exciting body 2 is arranged on the surface A of the bar-shaped vibrating body 1, and a traveling body 5 slides while sandwiching the surface B and the surface D. In consequence, stable arrangement of wiring means becomes possible. |
