PURPOSE:To miniaturize an optical unit and to facilitate the wiring processing of an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:An optical circuit 102 forming an optical unit is divided into blocks with a prescribed circuit unit, optical parts are packaged on one surface of the respective blocks 103-105, the remainder of an optical fiber is housed on the other surface and the respective blocks 103-105 are laminated and arranged. Consequently, the plane space of the optical unit is made small, the packaging efficiency in a housing 101 is improved and the wiring processing of the remainder of the optical fiber is facilitated. |
