The device makes it possible to obtain a motor boat which can be assembled and disassembled in a few minutes and, above all, can be transported by hand with ease, fitting into a car boot and, in short, once folded, being no heavier or larger than a suitcase. It consists of four removable parts which fit into each other, some of which can be secured to others, namely: - a buoyant hull bottom (1) - at least one inflatable tube (2), made of strong flexible plastic, which fits around the hull bottom and is fastened onto the rear backrest - an a priori wooden chassis back (3), on which the hull bottom is fixed at the front, the tube(s) are fixed on the side and the motor is fixed vertically at the rear, - and, finally, the motor (8) itself, with its extensions and accessories which are fixed or removable, the shaft and the propeller, and a simple steering bar (9). <IMAGE>
