发明名称 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND METHOD FOR MEASURING HUMAN G-CSF USING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY
摘要 PURPOSE: To measure accurately G-CSF in body fluid with high sensitivity by an enzyme immunoassay EIA for human G-CSF using insolubilized monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION: In order to improve the measuring sensitivity of EIA of G-CSF, an antibody with large affinity is generally desirable to be used for EIA. A monoclonal antibody to be used is a high affinity antibody having 1.8×10<8> l/mol of bonding constant (K value). Also, the labelled antibody having a high affinity and a plurality of recognition positions and further a high specifinity antibody subjected to affinity refining with G-CSF are preferably used for a sign antibody. Also, enzyme used for chlorimetric method or the like as an enzyme activity measuring method in EIA may be used for the labelled enzyme. Further, nonionic surface active agent and ethylenediaminetetraacetic salt are preferably adapted to exist in a reaction system at the antigen antibody reaction of human G ratio CSF and insolubilized antigen to obtain the sensitivity and reliability of measurement.
