PURPOSE:To suppress the output of speech information according to the detection result of the manipulated variable or manipulation quantity of vehicle driving and to output the information again thereafter when a driver enters a manipulation state wherein the driver drives the vehicle freely and easily by detecting the manipulated variable or manipulation quantity of the vehicle driving. CONSTITUTION:Information on the detection result of the manipulated variable or manipulation frequency of the vehicle driving which is sent from a vehicle driving manipulation detection part 2 is received and compared with a previously set threshold value. When the comparison result shows that the detection result of the manipulated variable or manipulation frequency of the vehicle driving is larger than the threshold value, control is so performed as to quit outputting speech information by a speech information output part 1. Then the information whose speech output is quit is temporarily stored in the internal memory of a speech information output part 1 and then when the detection result of the manipulated variable or manipulation frequency of the vehicle driving becomes less than the threshold value, the information whose output is quit before is preferentially outputted on the basis of the information stored in the internal memory. |
