PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of assembly by facilitating the adjustment of focusing at the time of assembly by turning the camera apparatus while engaging it with the gear part of a rotary operating member by using an adjustment jig. CONSTITUTION:A gear part 11b provided at a cam ring 11 of the main body of an electronic still camera is engaged with a worm gear 55 of a focusing adjustment jig 50 and fitted to a side wall part 52 of the jig 50. Next, a stopper part 8c on one side of a lens holder 8 is abutted to a stopper pin 5c, a knob 57 of the jig 50 is manually rotated, and the ring 11 is rotated through the gears 55 and 11b. Thus, the lens holder 8 moves on an optical axis, and the position of the lens 7 can be adjusted. Therefore, when at the time of assembly, focusing adjustment such as matching the lens 7 with an erecting position such as infinite telescope or the like is possible. At such a time, it is performed while observing a chart or a collimator image on a monitor. Thus, after focusing adjustment, the work is completed by fixing the ring 11 to a block base 5 with screwing or adhesion. |
