摘要 PURPOSE:To calculate the degree of an immunoreaction by obtaining the signal corresponding to the immunoreaction after obtaining the differentiated value by time of signals obtained after bringing a solution obtained in advance as a product of an antigen-antibody reaction into contact with an immobilized antigen or antibody. CONSTITUTION:After causing an antigen-antibody reaction between an antigen B contained in a solution to be measured and a labeled antibody A by mixing a reagent solution containing the antibody A and the solution to be measured, the mixed solution C' is brought into contact with an antibody E immobilized on the surface of an optical waveguide D. As a result, an antigen-antibody reaction takes place between the reacted antigen C which has reacted to the antibody A and the antibody E immobilized on the surface of the waveguide D and the antibody A is restricted to the surface and near the surface of the waveguide D. When this method is adopted, the discharging work of the solution to be measured becomes unnecessary and, in addition, the reaction of the antibody A and antigen B is allowed to tape place at an arbitrory timing, the measuring time can be shortened.
