PURPOSE: To provide an audible frequency filter for mixing console equalizer. CONSTITUTION: This audible frequency filter is normally provided with a manual frequency control means for setting an operation frequency range and a manual gain control means for controlling the gain of the filter independent of the set frequency range. The filter is further provided with gain adjustment means (A2; R3, R4; VR2A and VR2B) for automatically adjusting the gain of the filter corresponding to the position of the operation frequency range to a reference frequency present in the middle of the upper and lower ends of an audible frequency spectrum. The gain adjustment means increases the size of the filter gain as the operation frequency separates from the reference frequency to the end part of the audible frequency spectrum. Thus, a signal frequency at the end part of the audible spectrum is automatically raised. |
