PURPOSE:To enable easy and rapid supply of an electronic component regarding an electronic component supply method for supplying an electronic component contained in a holder. CONSTITUTION:A holder 2 whereby a semiconductor device 1 is held is contained in a tray 4, the tray 4 is fit to a fitting piece of the holder 2 for holding the semiconductor device 1 to a mounting part 11 of the tray 4, the semiconductor device 1 is packaged in a case 9 where a release pin 7 is formed for disengaging the semiconductor device 1 from the holder 2, it is closed by a cover 10 from above, the release pin 7 is surely fit to a fitting piece of the holder 2 and the semiconductor device 1 is disengaged from the holder 2. |
