<p>PURPOSE:To use a mouse to easily designate a numerical range like a period by inputting corresponding range values to a processing part based on two icons indicated by a pointing device. CONSTITUTION:An icon display means 11 displays a numerical icon string 21 on a display device 2. An operator designates icons corresponding to start and end values to be designated from the numerical icon string 21 by the pointing device. Then, an numerical input means obtains the designated range value based on two icons designated with the pointing device by the operator and inputs it to a processing part 12 for prescribed processing. A display line processing means 14 displays a display line 22, which indicates the numerical range designated by the operator, based on two icons designated with the pointing device by the operator.</p> |
