The rotary wet duster inhalator is constructed that a cover is installed on the upper portion of its body, a fixing member is installed on the lower portion inside the cover using a connecting bar, a couple of cam pin is installed in the cam groove of one side board of a wet duster stick in order to rotate the wet duster in one direction by a predetermined angle, the wet duster stick is formed in such a manner that its body can be separated into the upper and lower parts, a space controlling pin is formed on the side board of the wet duster stick to control the diameter of the wet duster stick, thereby improving efficiency of the wet duster.
