摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a static seal method for porous fuel pole substrate capable of fixing a porous fuel pole substrate easily and air-tightly into an oxidizing agent and oxide sealing container or oxidizing agent gas inlet tube when a YSZ electrolyte film is formed on the porous fuel pole substrate and, after the film is formed, also capable of easily removing the porous fuel pole substrate on which the YSZ electrolyte film is applied from the oxidizing agent and oxide sealing container or oxidizing agent gas inlet tube. CONSTITUTION:When a YSZ electrolyte film 1 is formed on the porous fuel pole substrate 2 of a flat plate type solid electrolyte fuel cell by a CVD-EVD method, a connecting layer 3 is filled between the porous fuel pole substrate and a supporting body for supporting the substrate such as oxidizing agent gas inlet pipe, etc., so as to seal the substrate fixedly and airtightly. The connecting layer is formed by dispersing YSZ or Al2O3 powder into a dispersion medium such as ethanol solution, etc., crashing it, and adjusting it to a proper viscosity with a thickener such as polyvinyl butylal, etc., added to it.
